Return Window: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Domestic Orders: Guardian Baseball pays for return shipping.
International Orders: Customer pays return shipping, duties, and fees.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exclusions

• Final-sale items, worn/used gear, and customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as needed.
