1. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $49. This offer applies to orders shipped within the continental U.S. only.
2. International and Wholesale Orders: We do not offer returns or replacements on international orders or wholesale orders as standard. These are handled on a case-by-case basis, so if you have an issue, please contact our customer service team directly.
3. Customs and Import Fees: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country's customs department. Customs duties are set by the destination country's customs authorities and are based on the value of the product, its trade classification, and the import policy of the country. As these fees are not under our control and can vary widely from country to country, we are unable to predict or cover these costs. 4. Processing Time: Please allow us up to 2 business days to process, pack, and ship your order. While we strive to get your product to you as soon as possible, once your package leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping courier, we no longer have control over delivery times or delays.
