Guardian Baseball ships to all 50 states and abroad to select countries. International purchases will not be eligible for free shipping or returns. Returns are still accepted, but the customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to Guardian's warehouse.

UNUSED BAT RETURN
In order to qualify for Guardian Baseball’s 30-day return policy, any bat purchased must be in new, unused condition, and still in the original shrinkwrapped packing. Bats with damage to the shrink-wrapped packaging or other evidence of use will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
DEFECTIVE BAT RETURN

Received this bat yesterday for my son who plays college ball.The good: He loves the weight and balance of the bat. Likes the pop feeling through the hit. Likes the “thud†sound vs the “ping†sounds that usually come from metal bats.Major concern #1:Upon opening it we noticed the end cap had a lip on one side of the bat that extends slightly past the barrel. Anyone who plays a lot knows that end caps can break - I wonder if this is a design flaw. If he’s fouling off a slider on the end of the bat or if it hits the lip of the cap on the ground after a hit - it seems like it will break or crack easily. - Unless Stinger wants to chime in or replace it??? I’d hate to have a broken bat mid season waiting through warranty process. (That’s if it’s even covered)Concern #2: after one round of BP (wearing batting gloves) = about 20 hits, the tape is already showing wear. Looks like I’ll need to fork out another $20-$30 on a new tape most likely before the season starts.Giving 4 stars for now- will update it if the cap ends up breaking or tape decintegratesUPDATE 2/22: Bat survived the season and is using it in the new 2023 season that just started. He loves it - scored first homer of the season from it a few days ago. No cracks on the cap and it’s holding up so far
